The client's phone

The phone app, screen by screen

These are the app's own screens, drawn by the app with made-up data. You see sign-in, the firm picker, Home, Documents, one document and Profile. They match this page's theme, so switch the theme to see the other look. The phone app is the client's side of the same record the firm works in.

  1. Sign in

The client signs in with the same passkey they use everywhere, so there is no password to remember.

  2. Choose a relationship

A client with more than one firm picks one here, and a client with one firm goes straight in.

  3. Home

Home shows a greeting, the setup steps left to do and the newest documents, and a tap opens each one.

  4. Documents

Documents shows the client's folders, and only the client sees the private folder until they share it.

  5. A document

The client can open and bring back an older copy of a document and still keep the current one.

  6. Profile

The client can change their own profile, and a change the firm must check waits for the firm to confirm it.

When the client uploads a document from the phone, it is in the firm's folder moments later. When the firm shares a file, it shows up on the phone, with a record that it was delivered. The client portal shows the same record in a browser.
