# Reports that are sealed, receipted and delivered

Each report the platform makes is rendered once and sealed. It gets a receipt and is kept. Performance figures and billing statements come from the same pipeline. So do insurance and accounting reports and committee packs. What a client gets lands in their portal with a record of delivery.

## Every report is a sealed PDF
A report is rendered from its data into a PDF. It is then scanned, encrypted and stored. Each render has a version. It is pinned to a hash, a kind of fingerprint for the file. So the same inputs give the same document. A later version never silently replaces an earlier one. A receipt records what was rendered, from what and when. It can be checked afterward. A report can carry a password. It can limit print or copy when the firm needs that.

## Performance you can check
Account returns are worked out daily and linked into period returns. A household's return is weighted across its accounts. Returns since the start of a private fund are shown with cash-on-cash multiples. Each figure says which values it rests on. It marks what depends on an estimate. The portfolio view shows the period return beside positions and cost basis. A plain disclosure appears wherever a record is missing. So a client never reads a number the data cannot support.

## Billing statements and invoices
Advisory fee invoices and billing statements carry the disclosure block the firm's regulator expects. So do fee reconciliations and revenue summaries. The firm's own metered statement comes the same way each month. Each invoice goes to the client and is filed in the archive. A receivables view with aging shows what is still owed. See [time and billing](/billing) for how the figures are made.

## Insurance and accounting reports
Commercial insurance work makes quote books and proposal comparisons. It also makes certificates and summaries of each policy, binder, declaration and endorsement. Agency accounting makes the trial balance, subledgers, aging and trust reconciliation. It also makes commission statements and the period-close pack. Life and annuity proposals and marketing letters use the same service. Each one is sealed with a receipt. So the agency can show exactly what a client or a carrier was given.

## Committee packs
An investment committee pack has four sections. They are allocation against the policy bands, risk by manager, attribution and the decisions taken. The pack checks that its figures agree with each other before it renders. The data behind each figure stays on file. The pack goes out as a version that cannot be changed. ## A ledger for auditors
The firm's reports page lists each rendered report with its receipt. A governed export builds an evidence pack for an auditor or a regulator. It comes with a manifest and a digest. Producing it is itself recorded. Returns and reports sent by a professional arrive in the client's portal and on the phone. A record shows what was sent and when.
